Baranieski Well Drilling is a family owned and operated business that has been operating successfully in York and Durham Regions (Ontario) for over 50 years. All drilling is done by a father-son team: Dale and Byron Baranieski. As business owners, we are committed to making sure each customer is completely satisfied with our work.
Having worked together for over 35 years, we have become a highly skilled and efficient team. While no one can predetermine the exact depth of a water well, we have a reputation for producing wells at shallower depths. This is thanks to both our drilling expertise and our practice of never drilling past an area that has water without doing all we can to make a satisfactory well at that level. Since drilled wells are priced by the foot, this potentially spells huge savings for our customers.
Having focused our work within York and Durham Regions (about a 30-mile radius around Newmarket, Ontario), we have an expert knowledge of this area. We have constructed thousands of drilled wells in the townships of Whitchurch-Stouffville, East and West Gwillimbury and King, which gives us the ability to more accurately estimate the depth of wells, and contributes to our success in constructing high-producing wells.
One of our specialties is developing water wells in very fine sand formations, which is a difficult ground formation from which to produce a well. Our success is due to the type of drilling rig we use – the cable (or hammer) tool – which is a more sensitive drilling method, and the many years of hands-on experience we have using this equipment.
